Request Deletion of Your Data
This page explains how users of the YSM Group app and website can request deletion of personal information submitted to YSM Group.
How to submit a deletion request
- Email info@ysmtz.com using the subject “YSM Group Data Deletion Request.”
- State your full name and the email address or telephone number used when submitting the information.
- Identify where the information was submitted, such as the contact form, careers application, or an authorized staff account.
- Describe the information you want deleted. Do not email passwords, PINs, or unnecessary identification documents.
Information that may be deleted
Subject to identity verification, applicable law, and lawful limitations, a deletion request may cover personal information submitted through the YSM Group app or website, including:
- Names, email addresses, telephone numbers, and contact details.
- Contact-form messages and related correspondence.
- Employment application details and uploaded recruitment documents.
- Other personal information voluntarily submitted to YSM Group.
Information that may need to be retained
Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, employment, dispute-resolution, or legitimate recordkeeping obligations. Any retained information will be limited to what is necessary and kept only for the period required by the applicable purpose or law.
